The countdown is on for Saturday’s WBO/ WAB/ IFB/ IBO/ Ring title defense between champion Wladimir Klitschko and challenger Jean-Marc Mormeck at the ESPRIT arena in Düsseldorf, Germany. Will the French challenger Mormeck be able to snap the dominant streak of the champion, or will this be another mismatch with an undersized Klitschko foe?In a press conference today at the Intercontinental Hotel Düsseldorf, both fighters looked ready to go and are looking to awe the German crowd.

From Klitschko: “I will do anything to make sure to keep the belts that I have been unifying in the last years.”

From Mormeck: “I have an iron will and will break Wladimir Klitschko mentally.”

Following the melee that surrounded older brother Vitali’s fight with Dereck Chisora on February 18th, there’s sure to be plenty of hype going into this weekend and some well -deserved chatter is again going on about the heavyweight division.
